Who We Are

Marty Cornelison, Founder

Marty Cornelison is from Felicity. Over his career he has worked in education at every level from preschool through college. He continues to learn about childhood and adult development both professionally and as a personal interest. In 2013, Marty grew a beard. In 2019, he became a board member for the Way of Wisdom Learning Community with the goal of providing and perfecting Christ-centered learning experiences for elementary and middle school students in his hometown. He still has a beard.

Alyssa Eubanks, Administrator

Alyssa recognizes the calling God placed upon her heart to teach and feels honored to be a part of the learning that takes place at Way of Wisdom. She has a master’s degree in middle childhood education and taught elementary and middle school for several years before choosing to stay home and raise her family. Never losing her passion for education, she set out on the journey of homeschooling 7 years ago. She lives on a farm in Hamersville with her husband, Shelby, and 2 daughters.

Wendie Gullet

Wendie Faye Gullett has been teaching children from youth groups to school organizations for over 14 years. She attended UC Clermont where she has taken many science, art, and American sign language courses and plans to complete her Associates degree. She is married to her high school sweetheart and is a new mother. At the end of the day, Wendie has a desire and will to do what God has planned for her, and she strives to be the best teacher and role model she can be for her Way of Wisdom family and any child that is under her influence.

Loren Reese

Loren has been working with children for over a decade in school and child-care settings. It was a calling God placed upon her heart as she started her journey at the University of Cincinnati. Loren has an Associate of Science degree with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. She felt incredibly blessed to be asked to join the Way of Wisdom team in 2019 and is excited to watch the school continue to grow and reach families who want a Christ-centered education! Loren lives in Felicity with her husband, Scott, and 2 sons.

Sarah Bowling

Sarah is so happy to be a teacher at Way of Wisdom. She left the nursing field after 16 years to pursue a calling God placed upon her heart to work with children. While this is her first year teaching at Way of Wisdom, she started helping with intervention and volunteering in the classroom last year. Sarah has been married to her husband for 17 years, and they have 2 beautiful children, Lillian and Clinton. Lillian attends Way of Wisdom, and Clinton will soon follow in her footsteps after he completes Pre-K at Precious Resources. She sees firsthand the amazing things God is doing at Way of Wisdom, and she is blessed and honored to a part of this extraordinary opportunity.

Destiney Sandlin

Destiney has an associate degree in early childhood education from the University of Cincinnati. She has been teaching children for over 5 years and is excited to be at WoW. Destiney lives with her husband and 3 children.

Emily Tyminski, Secretary

Emily was born again in 2007 and has had a passion to serve and reach the younger generation for the Lord ever since. She has a bachelor’s degree in physical and health education from Northern Kentucky University and taught in a private school for 7 years. In the spring, she coaches track and field at CHCA. Emily lives in Moscow with her husband and 3 kids.
